Terms & Conditions

** This T&C is applicable only for Oh!Perfumes products other than Parfum

1. The pricing for all our items are quoted in RM (Ringgit Malaysia).

2. We will only entertain orders from serious buyers. Please direct other enquiries (not relating to orders & purchases) to er_cube16@yahoo.com

3. Reservations are allowed only for the term of 3 days (from the day we issue the Invoice). If no payment is made within that period, the reserved item(s) will be released for other buyers.

4. Items are considered sold after payment is received and will be delivered after payment and delivery time has been settled/decided.

5. We release our items based on first come, first serve basis.

6. All COD delivery require a 50% deposit prior delivery. In the circumstances of a ‘no-show’ from the buyer on the appointed delivery date, we shall refund only 80% of the deposit to the buyer’s account.

7. All delivery/postal charges will be borne by the buyer.

8. We are not liable for any damages and/or lost items caused by the postal/courier services.

9. Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

10. Colors may differ slightly due to monitor settings and lighting of photography.

11. All information provided to us by the buyer is private and confidential.

12. By using this site, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.

13. We reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this T&C, and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner.
